Each custom design begins with a detailed conversation between the homeowner and an SA certified professional, which includes an interview process, education on the available features, and Q&A. This results in a compilation of details it takes for your personal technology designer to build a completely unique automation solution fit for you. Once complete, your designer will take you through a detailed packet created to empower you, as the homeowner, the ability to make educated technology decisions.

There are hundreds of individual parts incorporated in each custom design. Keeping track of which part connects to which wire is generally time consuming and very difficult to manage. Sometimes, even finding the wire can be a challenge. Not for SA. Upon design acceptance, each part location is individually labeled during the Rough-In and Pre-wire Phase and agreed upon by all parties involved. Each wire is uniquely identified with color-coded teflon labels and corresponds to a specific part. Once the Rough-In Phase is complete, we digitally record each and every wire location in your home before the drywall goes up. This process ensures there will be no missed wires, whether you decide to incorporate an automation solution today, or years from now.

Your CUSTOM SOLUTION will be programmed to allow simple one-touch operation for most every component in the house. Leaving for work in the morning?
